What is it?

  • ThingLink is an online image tagging service that allows you to embed videos, images, and even audio directly onto pictures

Features

  • Comment: tag specific areas of pictures and let your peers know what you think
  • Embed: ThingLink allows you to add audio and video tags to regions of your pictures
  • Share:ThingLink provides service to a multitude of applications and websites; a few examples include:
    • Social Networks: Facebook and Twitter
    • Music: iTunes, Spotify, and SoundCloud
    • Video: YouTube, Vimeo, and TED
  • Import: take images from sites like Flickr or Facebook, or download the browser plugin to tag images online
  • Observe: ThingLink takes real-time statistics from your images so you can see how people are viewing your work
  • Free: the site is free to use up to 50 images, and offers paid accounts for more uploads
