Ingenuity Pathways Analysis
Ingenuity Pathways Analysis (IPA) site license is provided via a cost sharing effort between departments at Rutgers and UMDNJ. Currently, since only SAS – DLS, SEBS, SoP, and an EOHSI lab are sharing in the cost of the site license, only users associated with those groups will have access to the IPA cloud service. If other groups wish to join this site license, send email to oirt @ rutgers.edu.
Software Hightlights
“IPA is software that helps researchers model, analyze, and understand the complex biological and chemical systems at the core of life science research. IPA has been broadly adopted by the life science research community and is cited in thousands of peer-reviewed journal articles.” Learn more about IPA at ingenuity.com.
Getting An Account
Ingenuity IPA is a web application that installs on your desktop. To get started, request an account (based on your Rutgers email account) by sending email to oirt @ rutgers.edu.
Building a User Community
In response to faculty requests, a mail list has been created to foster the growth of an Ingenuity User Community. To join, subscribe by logging in here. As the user community grows, other collaborative opportunities will be possible via this Sakai site. A getting started handout is available in the resources section.
